Phi Sigma Kappa joins IFC after being denied
The University's traditional fraternities welcomed Phi Sigma Kappa into their ranks March 17, reversing a controversial decision in which they denied the colony membership in their Interfraternity Council.

RECEIVE A LITTLE, EARN A LOT: Matt McGraw, president of emusicinstruction, received a $15,000 Edson grant in September through  the Entrepreneurship Institute at ASU to start his own business giving music instruction to students via the Internet. Any ASU student, faculty or staff member with a bright idea could be eligible for a $20,000 grant.

Breaks not delaying light-rail testing

PROGRESS: Ron Stephens, in crane, of the Mass Electric Construction Company works on light-rail lines near University Drive and McAllister Avenue earlier this semester. Light-rail officials are no closer to discovering who is responsible for cracks found in sections of completed tracks, but said that the project is still on schedule.

Police looking for man who tried to rape ASU student
Tempe Police are looking for a man that they say attempted to rape a 19-year-old female ASU student early Saturday morning.
